Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ClubCore platform (“ClubCore,” “we,” “us”), operated by Poco Labs. By accessing ClubCore or using it on behalf of a club, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The service
ClubCore is a software platform that lets private clubs manage member experiences — bookings, dining, amenities, communications, payments, and related operations. Features vary by the plan and modules a club enables.
2. Accounts and access tiers
ClubCore serves three classes of user: operators (ClubCore staff), club administrators (a club's own staff), and members (a club's members). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. A club administrator is responsible for managing access for their club's staff and members.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) access data belonging to a club or member you are not authorized to access; (b) attempt to breach or circumvent the platform's tenant isolation, authentication, or authorization controls; (c) upload unlawful content; (d) interfere with the platform's operation or security; or (e) resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement.
4. Payments
Where a club enables payments, transactions are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). ClubCore does not store full card numbers; card data is handled by Stripe under its PCI-compliant infrastructure. Fees, dues, and charges are set by each club. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the individual club's policies.
5. Customer data
As between ClubCore and a club, the club owns its data and its members' data. ClubCore processes that data to provide the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer data.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep ClubCore available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClubCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
A club may stop using ClubCore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, a club may request an export of its data for a reasonable period before deletion.
